Isotopes
An isotope is an atom or atoms of an element that have a different atomic mass than the original, neutral, stable element. These isotopes are mainly referenced using the element and the atomic mass rounded to the nearest whole number. Neodymium has five main, stable isotopes - Neodymium 142, Neodymium 143, Neodymium 145, Neodymium 146, and Neodymium 148 - and of these, Neodymium 142 is the most abundant. It also has two main unstable or radioactive isotopes - Neodymium 144, and Neodymium 150. In 2010, about 31 isotopes of Neodymium have been counted.
